Home to the stunning Binalong Bay ‘Bay of Fires’, these regions make a ‘must-do bucket list location! There are endless sights to see with stunning beaches, caves, waterfalls and rainforests! Explorers, suit up! Hike up Mount Read, Montezuma Falls or head underground with a West Coast Wilderness Railway tour! For a change, Strahan is packed with shopping and eateries, plus knowledge about the convict past. Feel the sand in your toes at Granville Harbour & Trial Harbour nearby, accessed via the cosy town of Zeehan.

Nurses can choose between a multipurpose facility (Acute/ED/Aged) or Primary Health Centre. To work here, kit up with the full range of ED skills, including resus & triage, plus an up-to-date ALS.

Hidden nooks to unmissable views


Three’s a crowd, and this trifecta of cities is sure to delight the senses. Visit quaint art galleries, well-kept antique stores, fresh vineyards, and one of the world’s biggest craft fairs! Tour the James Boag’s Beer Factory, or marvel at the infamous Cataract Gorge and Cradle Mountain.

By far, Launceston is the place to be for Junior ED RNs and alike, experienced or aspiring. Did we mention they have a resident dog too?! If you have Medical/Surgical/CCU and ICU skills under your belt, you can be on your way to land a position in ED, and a shiny addition to your CV!

Hobart

The one-stop-shop for every foodie

The capital city that’s oh-so-pretty. Enjoy all the buzz, with less of the “busy”. Hobart is a magnet for those with a love of food, coffee, wine, art, and home to icons like MONA and the Salamanca Markets.

Time your visit for June and frolic in a winter wonderland. For warmer temperatures, enjoy a summer at Bruny Island’s beach and bays!

Hobart also boasts an array of opportunities like ED, theatre, medical/surgical, ICN and mental health. New opportunities can also be sourced, so share your preferences at any time!

What can you say about a region that has it all? Breweries, cideries, cafes and, wait for it… a chocolate factory and chocolate Winterfest! We’re drooling too… pack your stretchy pants and your social calendar for the ultimate foodie fantasy!

Day trips abound; Launceston, Devonport and Cradle Mountain to name but a few.

Both facilities get regular bookings for ED, medical & theatre, plus ‘pool-type’ roles. Want to diversify your CV? There’s opportunities to gain ED experience – for ICU nurses, you’ll get the chance to assist in other areas!
