Our heart is in the community

We’re committed to making a meaningful impact by investing in the future of healthcare, supporting our candidates, and giving back to the communities we serve.

Our commitment to:

The future of

rural healthcare

Together with Charles Sturt University, Charles Darwin University and James Cook University, we’re offering nine Affinity Nursing and Midwifery Scholarships to support students from rural and remote areas.

The scholarships help ease the financial strain of clinical placements, so aspiring nurses and midwives can focus on what matters most: building their skills and giving back to their communities.

we serve

Supporting our

candidates

We support our nurses & midwives in achieving what matters most to them.

Affinity’s commitment extends beyond workforce placement. We take the time to understand the goals of our nurses and midwiveswhether that’s advancing their clinical skills, building financial security or working towards meaningful life milestones.

By understanding what drives them, we create pathways. We don’t just provide opportunities, we invest in futures.
